How to Use
- Remove all components from the carrying bag. Release the securing strap and unfold the tent completely.
Pull the two radiators apart until the spring-loaded locking points click securely into place.
Connect the supportive poles to the outside of the radiator assembly with their protective caps positioned at the top.
Place the radiator assembly inside the tent with the ventilation openings facing inward, then pull the tent over the supportive poles.
Attach the controller holder to the upper-right support pole. Position the controller inside the tent and route its cord beneath the zipper before closing the zipper partially.
Place the folding chair inside the tent and position the two protective foot pads over the radiators.
Sit comfortably with your head outside the opening. Place your feet on the foot pads and ensure they do not touch the radiators directly.
Remove necklaces, watches, rings, and other metal accessories before switching on the sauna.
Connect the sauna to a compatible electrical outlet with dry hands. Each radiator has two power switches:
Switch on both controls for each radiator for full-power operation.
Switch on one control for each radiator for reduced-power operation.
Set the controller timer. The manufacturer recommends approximately 7–10 minutes for beginners and around 15 minutes for regular users. A full session generally lasts 15–20 minutes.
Drink water before and after use. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, overheated, unwell, or experience uncomfortable skin redness.
At the end of the session, switch off both radiators and allow the timer to finish naturally. Do not force the timer dial, as this may damage the controller.
Unplug the sauna and allow all components to cool completely before cleaning, folding, or storing.
