1. Unfold the reflective mat on a flat, dry, stable surface.

   Inflate the included headrest with air or water and position it at the top of the mat.
   
3. 
   Place the far-infrared radiator beneath the tent at the foot end of the mat. Keep its electrical cord outside the tent and away from the reflective mat.
   
4. 
   Align the retractable tent securely with the mat. Use the cover clips to adjust the tent opening or expansion when needed.
   
5. 
   Lie on the mat with your head outside the tent. Do not position your feet directly in front of the radiator. Keep them outside the direct radiator path or positioned comfortably to the side.
   
6. 
   Remove necklaces, watches, rings, and other metal accessories before beginning.
   
7. 
   Connect the controller and radiator according to the owner’s manual, then plug the unit into a compatible electrical outlet with dry hands.

   Switch on the controller and set the session time. The manufacturer recommends approximately 7–10 minutes for beginners and around 15 minutes for experienced users, with sessions generally not exceeding 15–20 minutes.

   Drink water before and after the session. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, overheated, unwell, or experience uncomfortable skin redness.

    When finished, switch off and unplug the sauna. Allow the radiator, tent, and mat to cool completely before cleaning, folding, or storing.
    

Do not cover the front or back of the radiator or block the tent’s ventilation opening. Do not use the sauna while sleeping, under the influence of alcohol, or with fresh wounds. Children require adult supervision.

The Flex Lie-Down Far Infrared Sauna includes a 1-year limited warranty covering eligible defects in materials or workmanship from the original purchase date.

Warranty service is subject to the supplier’s terms, correct electrical compatibility, and proper setup, operation, cleaning, and storage. Coverage may exclude normal wear, consumable materials, accidental damage, improper voltage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, disconnected or damaged wiring, natural disasters, and damage caused by failure to follow the owner’s manual.

How long should a session last?

Does my head remain inside the sauna?

No. The design allows the body to remain within the tent while the head rests outside on the included inflatable headrest.

Should my feet face the radiator?

Do not position your feet directly in front of the radiator. Keep them outside its direct path or comfortably positioned to the side.

Does the radiator produce visible light?

Far-infrared energy is not visible to the human eye. The absence of a visible glow does not necessarily indicate that the unit is not operating.

How should the sauna be cleaned?

After switching off, unplugging, and allowing the unit to cool, wipe the interior with a moist cloth and mild soap. Do not use a dryer or compressed air directly on the radiator. Dust and debris may be removed carefully with a suitable vacuum attachment.

Can the sauna be folded immediately after use?

No. Allow the tent, mat, and radiator to cool completely before folding or placing them into the carrying bag.

Can children use it?

Children should use the sauna only with continuous adult supervision and in accordance with the owner’s manual.
