1. Place the lamp on a stable, level surface at a comfortable height. Position the light panel approximately 6–8 inches from your face, scalp, or intended area.

   Connect the AC power adapter, plug the device into a suitable outlet, and switch it on.

   If using the nano-mist function, fill the reservoir with clean water using the included measuring cup. Do not add oils, skincare products, or other liquids unless specifically permitted by the user manual.

   When finished, switch off and unplug the lamp. Empty and air-dry the mist reservoir if it will not be used again within one to two days.
