How to Use
- Fully unfold the bag on a flat, stable surface such as a bed, couch, or floor.
Securely connect both power cords, adapters, connecting wires, and controllers before plugging the device into a power outlet.
Open the bag, lie comfortably inside with your head remaining outside, and position the illuminated surfaces around your body. Alternatively, place the open bag over a suitable target area.
Switch on the controllers and select a mode from P1–P5. New users should begin with P1 or P2 and increase the intensity gradually based on comfort.
Set the desired session duration. The supplier recommends beginning with approximately 10–20 minutes per session.
Press start and relax without looking directly at the LEDs. If the warmth becomes uncomfortable, reduce the intensity or stop the session.
