1. Fully unfold the mat and place it on a flat, stable surface such as a bed, couch, or floor.

   Switch on the controller and select your preferred mode from P1–P5. New users should begin with P1 or P2 and increase the intensity gradually based on comfort.

   Set the desired session time. The supplier recommends starting with approximately 10–20 minutes per session.

   Lie directly on the mat or position it close to the intended area, with the illuminated surface facing the body. Avoid looking directly at the LEDs.

Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge the mat or use harsh or abrasive cleaners. Allow it to dry completely before its next use.
